Refund policy
We are drama free here at Marbela.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, let us know at hi@marbela.com within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or credit. If you're past your return window, contact us and we can help you with an exchange.
Shipping fees are not eligible for refund. Please keep in mind that if your tracking number says 'delivered' and you have not received your order, this will be handled on a case by case basis and a refund is not guaranteed.
Please note that any purchase from a wholesaler on our retail website will not be eligible for returns, as our retail sales are not eligible for further resale.
